Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer concierge team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully repack your mirror in its original protective timber crates or heavy-duty cardboard packaging to ensure it remains safe during transit; items damaged due to poor packing cannot be refunded.
Shipping and Documentation
Affix the provided return label to the exterior of the box and schedule a collection with our specialized fragile-goods courier or drop it off at a designated shipping center.
Inspection and Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned piece for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees.
